Wheel nut challenge!

The bit that breaks off is the tapered end of the nut, the nut has a thin walled weak place where this one has broken. The end has thread in it, will probably be 90ft/lbs F-tight, and is likely corroded to the alloy tapered seat for good measure.
As has been said, if a replacement rim can be sourced, butcher the wheel off.
We couldn't get one economically and so had to use the garage method.

Once more, nearside wheel nuts will come loose in use if not tightened up! Slacken off the other 4, add WD40 and drive it, the cyclical rolling action should break the joint enough to persuade off with a chisel.

Undo the 4 nuts and put a point in a air chisel and let the remainder of the nut have some ,it will split ,then keep wobbling wheel ,repeat till it falls apart
