So a group of people that spend all day working together in the same office probably using the same coffee machine, kitchen and toilet have a couple of drinks when one leaves, wow string them up
But these are the guys setting the rules!
I always understood that this country was one of the few in the world where no matter who you are, the law wasthe law, but this present lot are obviously far above it.

But IF they are working together in an office all day and observing distance rules what is the difference between them having a coffee break together and an alcoholic drink together? Do you call having a coffee break together a party ? Now if they turned it into a shagfest and orgy that is different.

But they told everyone else, they must not do it. If we should not why should they?

People were told they mustn't meet outside family bubbles of six, ie people they didnt normally meet . AFAIK the people who were at this meeting were work colleagues and were in a "work" bubble, I have not seen any allegation they broke any distance requirements, they were mixing everyday at work.
Virtually every work place with large numbers of people in it would be doing exactly the same.
