We are also very dry now and no sign of any rain.
Already looks like a repeat of last year but colder.

We only get two seasons now, drought from March to September and Flood from October to February and nothing in between.

Said the same to a neighbour only yesterday. It was my driver to get fert on early, as it was a dry old Spring last year and my real growth was early on...

It's tradition that as soon as the sprayer can get round without getting stuck it's time to start complaining about the drought. Or ideally a few days before for those who like to be on top of the situation.

Global warming sceptic however we have change mainly due to the tilt towards the sun. Warmer wetter autumns drier colder springs. Re-run of last couple of years. Will be warm and dry till June when like last year it will start to rain.

When's it going to stop snowing and warm up a bit is the question up here :scratchhead:, been minus 2 or 3 the last few nights and snow showers most days, dusting of the white stuff again this morning :meh:.

May 1981 snowfall across large parts of Eastern England. Flattened the OSR. When back down in July wondered what all the fields of dead bracken were. No growth reg or botrytis control in those days. virtually a total write off.
