Are they seriously wasting out money on Amazon vouchers ! ........ I’m pretty sure all the feedback they could ever need has by now been VERY comprehensivly given FOC on social media and in a few webinars

a glimpse right there into how “not for profit “ companies work ......

Evidently their record keeping isn’t up to scratch as that letter quite clearly starts off “Dear member”

Yep, fortunately I noticed it in my spam file before a mass deletion... it was labelled as a 'risk'...
