Where to advertise a job?

Where would be the best place to advertise for a assistant shepherd? Other than on the job section of tff once I’m privileged enough to!
Already advertised at Harper Adams and will be on the NSA website Friday. If Kirkley Hall was still doing a sheep course that would have been ideal but sadly that’s ended.
Ideally we’re after a young, keen shepherd.

You will get the dreamers anyway and the dross you will find anywhere but at least face book casts the net about as far as you can. End of the day, it’s now your job as an employer to cull out all of the wannabes who’ve got their idea of shepherding from following the exploits of the red shepherdess and the rest of those jokers

Facebook. Also ask your shearers/scanners if they know of any farmers sons/daughters who havnt got enough work at home to justify them and their parents/father/siblings all being there 5 days a week, you can quite often find people to do 3-4 days a week like that but lambing can be tougher if they also lamb the same time.

The ag colleges all cast their nets wide now, not just local kids. Might be worth asking a couple more?
other than that, yeah I’d try for a local farmers son/daughter looking too full in hours
