Where to find info on English grants/schemes

Hi all, I'm after somewhere where I can see all the grants and what's needed in England. Ive been on .gov website but there seems to be loads and they're intricately woven into a rabbit Warren and I've no idea what grant goes with which scheme

We've claimed just bps for years, but with the changing times I'm looking to upgrade our facilities to aim more towards a dog and stick operation. So to help out I was interested in hedging grants and cattle handling facilities etc as well as finding out about HLS etc.
