Which 3 TFFers would you like to have dinner with?

Dai one of the very few TFF members I have had dinner with, top bloke, often think of him.
He helped get Clare and I together and we always wanted to go see his farm but never got there, he would be on my list if things were different
If going down that route I'd choose @Turra farmer. Seemed a really switched on guy and only stayed less than ten miles from me.

Must be almost a year now since his passing. I was upset last year when I heard what happened.

all in bikinis, and that paddling pool conveniently full of jelly, I don't really have space for any other visitors.
Was very worried for you for a moment there, my eyes are a bit blurry first thing in the morning and read that as Jo Brand :X3:

Three is not enough,so,given that six is the new magic number;
@Blaithin, @choochter, @delilah, @Old Boar, @primmiemoo.
you're not wrong😂😂😂......cept you've one 'big girl blouse' in there😂😂😂
Every respectable gathering of young( ish :rolleyes:) women is in need of a steadying influence,a chaperone.
Someone to advise on the correct wine with each course,to remove stubborn lids from jars of pickled onions, to perhaps initiate a conversation about Stoke Cities chances this season,should the conversation on shoes and handbags start to flag.

Thank you very much. I will bring some Vegetables. What would worry me about this is not so much that it would turn into a punch up but more that as you hear with Internet forums not everyone is actually whom they claim to be. So you could invite someone who you think is a prosperous dairy farmer expecting an interesting evening discussing the merits of Channel Island breeds versus Fresians and you open the door to a 16 year old goth schoolgirl.

I can bring a roast beef joint, but can we make it an early meal as I’ve got school tomorrow ?

This could be about the only time you'll be glad to open the door to find an overweight middle aged man stood there

Hmm. It’s hard to limit myself to 3... so many great people in here...

the late great Elmsted
@Farmer Roy
and because he’s got a great outlook on life with none of the emotional baggage many farmers carry, @unlacedgecko

@Chae1 we will have a few beers and an overpriced burger at Groundswell next time it happens (y)
@Heathland I‘d love to hear how you are getting on with the Claydon
I’d like to sink a bottle of malt with @Hindsight in front of a roaring fire

sounds like a good night 👍
I’ll bring the beers 🍺

Before my time but DB John sounds a rather interesting bloke, love to hear more about wabbit compaction and his other theories of which I am certain there are many.
I could also drink a beer with the good Dr Wazzock, and learn more about his antique grain handling system, I believe it dates from Viking times.
Finally no conversation would be complete without Glasshouse, I think he's secretly a lovable softy at heart, although he would say "Pish! I have never heard such utter nonsense!"
