Which bulk tank?

Fulwood is owned by zeeeeee Germans now.

I worked on a farm with a Fulwood tank and you couldn't have paid me to have it. They had all sorts of problems with it and they dumped the milk a lot of times. Dealer and Fulwood had no interest in helping in the end a third party built a new control box for it.
Still UK workers and UK made

The problems with the tank in the farm you worked would have been to do with whoever installed and maintained it rather than the tank itself.

Mueller definitely worth looking at, have had more problems in 2 years with fullwood/packo silo than 20 years with the previous Mueller tank. Not sure about your local guy but Cutts Refrigeration are brilliant for tanks around here and deal in Mueller.

Would those be Silo vs tank related problems rather than the make itself?

What problems did you have with it?

What kind of issues?

Have had both fan speed controllers replaced on warranty aswell as some timer thing and had to replace another fan speed controller the other day, dump valve solenoid replaced, regularly pauses during the wash due to some silly 'tank not empty' problem which stops it automatically going into cooling after the wash and get alarms at 2-3am that the buffer tank is full and all 3 robots stopped (on night collections:(), if for any reason you have to open up the control box that the chemical pumps are mounted on its like a crystal maze game to open/close the box without numerous spade connectors popping off inside the box, said spade connectors popping off will cause a) acid/alkali pump not working during the wash or b) the wash pump not running.

In fairness the condensing unit faults are parts not made by Fullwood and many other tank manufacturers use the same parts on their tanks.

That 'tank not empty' fault may be caused by the second water level sensor being set too low, usually in behind the water pump iirc.

Never had any problems working at the chemical pumps, maybe the spades just need the gaps closed or new tighter ones crimped on?

Edit:
I'm wondering if the cables are too short going to the chemical pumps? As IV worked on countless number of those tanks and never ever had that problem
