I’m sure there’ll be a couple of neighbours want ditches cleaned etc, got a fair bit of work for it this year myself so should get some practice. Although my old mans been on it all afternoon so I may not get a look in?

I had to work up too full 12 hr day it fry’s you head after a while but you do get past it and now I can sit it in it all day comfortably first week was brutal 3 pm onwards it’s horrible feeling .

Did you add a Hitachi sticker on the back of the big one too? I see it's there in the top picture but blank in the bottom one.

how do you find the zero swing 13 tonner?

Very good, mountains of power.

Having the blade means it has bigger drives than a non bladed 135 or a 130 so plenty of go and the blade makes it so easy.

Zero swing is handy to get around and not have to watch for objects catching the rear end.

Blades are fantastically handy , no many jobs I e done not used the blade .

Yes balances fine, I mean if you wanted to make it lift the track at the back you have to be fairly rough or be meaning to do it.

Almost every machine down the motorway is a zx135 or zx225. You have to look hard to find something with a big arse that isn't a 350 or that.

Thought I’d do a little update on how I’ve got on since July with my new (to me) machine.
Well, it’s definitely been paying it’s way over the past few weeks/months. Been on everything from cleaning ditches, repairing drains, cut few small drainage schemes, levelling tracks and yards etc etc. I do wonder how we managed before!

Just about to start some more drainage investigations on Monday but need a gas pipeline pegging out first, should be coming out Monday morning so dropped the machine of ready.
