Which fertiliser spreader for 50 hp tractor

Do you spread salt/grit on roads in the winter? I use a vicon wagtail for this, so might be used more than you expect. I think it has a specific spout for this job. New it was a lot more than £150, but guess depends on condition/age.

Yes, they are tiny little stubby spouts.

One of the bloody things almost killed me when I was about 16!

Using a 2wd 4000 with a laden Tasker with greedy boards, on a very steep slope, going down hill and the spreader started to push me.... Happily, we all got to the bottome in one piece, but I think I probably needed clean undies...

3 weeks late I was really ribbed about the striping on the field I left.... In hindsight and with 45+ years experience, I think that maybe the Foreman was a little slack in even sending me off that morning without some thought and training...!

Amazone Eks 260/370 model . Will spread fertilizer, grass seed and use it for salt spreading as well .
