Tough durable and petrol aren't necessarily compatible. The proper tough commercial machines are mostly diesel

i like my stiga, can’t remember the model, has 1m twin rotor deck, articulated, 2wd. Only electric part is the starter circuit. Has survived a lot, including repeated mowing of parts of an old fire guard that someone (who definitely wasn’t my wife) left to become overgrown in the grass.

Bought this used machine a few years ago from a member on here. Real solid quality build and an uncomplicated design. Remember to keep good clean oil in the transmission..
