My Dad informs me we've had over 60mm? Seems quite unbelievable considering that we had been missing it for so long.

If it's any consultation it's been fairly cool here (Brittany) with the Sun only really coming out today. And the pool is nearly too cold to go in.:rolleyes:
We had 54 mm here near ipswich yesterday which bring us to well over 3 inches in the last week, that's very unusual here in May.
 
rain from the east for 2 days at least now on 117 for may wettest may for 30 years
rivers full and drains running hard needs to stop soon or yield of wheat will start falling due to water logged soil and uncontrollable desease

the moleing done this spring will pay dividends

Just seen Simon's 'look ahead' video from yesterday. All I can say is that I hope he's wrong!! Otherwise 'hello 2012!!!'

I dare not say it but I think 'hello 2012' is starting to look likely (n)

It would not be a problem if everything was not so far forward because of such a mild spring

just to cheer you up its no bad here been a perfect year so far,its pishing doon the now but will do no harm as we have ground where all it has to do is stop raining and we can travel nae bother.
