I believe if an employee provides his own radio, that is acceptible, but if management supply then a performing rights licence should be obtained. Of course if the boss has no employees then he is fine to listen to his radio.Isnt it if public or other employees can hear it? In a previous life. The MD made the decision to stop paying for a PRC licence and to ban all radios from all depot workshops.... It lasted 4 days i think before a mutiny occured!
