Depends on the shed you're trying to fill with sound. Just as easy to get a reasonable hifi setup and position the speakers well. You could even go four speakers, but then it depends what volume you're after and quality of audio. If it's just something protable you want then there are plenty of options.

just got an old hifi in the office with a couple of speakers in the workshop works well, not portable mind, but every vehicle has a radio in anyway and if push comes to shove music/radio on phone

Never forget that the radio must be owned by the employee who is listening to it. Never ever supply your employee with such a radio, ;)or you can be done by the Performing Rights Society for a licence.

Isnt it if public or other employees can hear it? In a previous life. The MD made the decision to stop paying for a PRC licence and to ban all radios from all depot workshops.... It lasted 4 days i think before a mutiny occured!

I believe if an employee provides his own radio, that is acceptible, but if management supply then a performing rights licence should be obtained. Of course if the boss has no employees then he is fine to listen to his radio.
what heppens if the management out of the kindness of their hearts give one employee a radio, for his birthday or christmas, and that employee leaves it on in the workshop all day
