Hate to be a party pooper of doom, but there's 5 NH dealers in West Wales, and no Valtra dealers that I know of.
1 clutch at around 4500- 5000 hours but when we split her the clutch wasnt even away it was covered in oil from a gone seal on pto shaft. Id guess it woulda done another 1000 hours easy enoughOh.
Clutches much?
One observation that I have made is that the older Valtra's seem to display genuine hours when for sale and must not appeal to the 'clockers' as they traditionally were a small player in the tractor market.
Would fairly often see 8050s etc for sale with 13-17 k hours which is a true representation of work completed for a tractor of this age and size that was bought with the intention to work hard.
You wont see an equivalent age and model NH or JDs for sale with these hours (which they equally would have worked) as the clockers have been at them, often more than once.
That’s because very few Nh or Jd can match the valtra for high hours. I know of several valtra over 25,000 hrs still front line tractors. One observation that I have made is that the older Valtra's seem to display genuine hours when for sale and must not appeal to the 'clockers' as they traditionally were a small player in the tractor market.
