Which tractor?

One observation that I have made is that the older Valtra's seem to display genuine hours when for sale and must not appeal to the 'clockers' as they traditionally were a small player in the tractor market.

Would fairly often see 8050s etc for sale with 13-17 k hours which is a true representation of work completed for a tractor of this age and size that was bought with the intention to work hard.

You wont see an equivalent age and model NH or JDs for sale with these hours (which they equally would have worked) as the clockers have been at them, often more than once.

the white 8400 in my picture doesn't have the genuine hrs, but that means very little since we own it from 1600hrs. a ts115 bought this year doesn't have genuine hrs by a mile but is old enough to have all problems well known by mechanics

That’s because very few Nh or Jd can match the valtra for high hours. I know of several valtra over 25,000 hrs still front line tractors.
