Aye probably. To be fair I’d take the dole che and no land lord any day

On a side note - sadly the cheap rents are changing - too many dreamers desperate to do it and paying top money with no subs.

Unfenced, unwatered land, on short term lets, covered in the public ....... isn’t worth a lot on the best of days !
