Who gives a flying feck whether Starmer had a beer?

@bobk once I was double vaccinated I went to two marts because I needed to buy a tup and sell some tups. Masks were still very much supposed to be a thing as was social distancing. At both very large sales no-one wore masks either in the stock yards or in the extremely crowded rings and no staff tried to enforce anything despite the legally required signage being in place. I'm guessing there are a lot of farming folk who deliberately and without any other reason than couldn't be ars3d broke the rules and as such have no right to point an accusatory finger at anyone.

I didn’t go to many sales during that time, mostly as most weren’t on of course. When they did begin to restart, it was noticeable that (at Welshpool anyway) few wore masks in the penning area (it’s a huge, open building which is little different to being outside, but under cover from the rain), but EVERYONE put them on when they went into the sale ring areas, as was requested.

The issue here foe me is Starmer was making huge public gain by slating Boris while on the quiet he was doing the same thing ,albeit not on the same scale, .....what makes it worse for me is the way it was 'suppressed' until after the council elections .

A huge amount of very very good Cllrs have been lost ( in all parties ) due to the Westminster behaviour and it should never be .

To be fair, any news on more ‘partygate’ fixed penalty notices was suppressed until after the council elections too. A few days later, it was revealed that the Met had issued another fifty.

The suppression of any news of wrong doing prior to an election is an abhorrent idea to me. I base my electoral decisions on the people and the policies. If someone is a snake I want them gone and elections are our way to do that. I feel the police commissioner made or allowed himself to be pushed into an immoral decision.

We don't know how many booze and curry nights Sir Starmer had cuz he was only photoed at one. I bet he went to plenty, the hypocrite.

Yes Boris ordered the lockdown, but it was only when the 2 professors told him what an apocalypse would happen if he didn't.

Well yes, we could all make up all sorts of nonsense I guess.

I reckon Boris likely went drinking in underground strip clubs during lockdown, smuggling himself and Cummings past the Downing Street police dressed as a pantomime horse….
