Our statement arrived for 2016 BPS at the weekend. Still showing a shortfall of Entitlements, even though after a brain ache struggle and our MP's help, they had been reinstated and we'd been paid in December for the 2015 error.

I phoned today ( that was a first) and was asked to fill in a BPS Query form.
So a letter, even four letters, all sent recorded delivery won't do?
Nope. Even though they know the field and know the Entitlements have not been updated. We now have to fill in a specific FORM to tell them.

New RPA upgrade at the end of the month may have it corrected. Or not.

Excuses, Excuses Excuses.

The inspector that visited us on the 9th Feb rang the following day to say that everything was okay and that he would upload the info onto the system and we should get paid in a week or two.
Still waiting........

Spoke to someone at the RPA today and apparently we are still at the claim validation stage.

I've had an aerial inspection but nothing on the ground, I rung up 2 weeks ago and they couldn't tell me any details of what they were checking or if they found anything, still at claim validation

Claim Validation here still and when you speak to them you just get the stock answer that they are aiming to pay by end of March, no detail on reason for delay...

To be honest, I think that the people that are on the end of the phone are only privy to a limited amount of information on their system. All that I have spoken too so far have been very pleasant to deal with but just do not have any meaningful information.

I take my hat off too them as I can't imagine it is the most rewarding job having to answer the phone all day to grumpy pi**ed off farmers, knowing full well from the start that you are not going to be able to give them the information that they need.

2016 statement arrived. Still showing a small shortfall in entitlements, but 95% correct and tallied with the payment received. Have filled in the complaint form and sent it off.

2015 still not sorted. The fact that 2016 is nearly there should release the 2015 one, but it hasn't. I had done the official complaint bit last year and progressed it to the Complaints Review Team. No replies since September last year, so having already gone through the complaints procedure in full I have just sent off my £250 and started off along the Appeal route.

I have a man who has corrected my maps. Not sure when the money owed from 2015 or 16 will be forthcoming though.....

Just had another look at there site, and it's changed abit with new options added.
But now it's says I had 3 entitlements to use last year and I still have 2 entitlements to use this year !.
It still says I had 14.89 for 2015 when I should of had 15.49.

They haven't a f£&@/)g clue what there doing have they !.
