Ours today now says it does not meet the 3 crop rule even though when submitted it did as shown on the printed and submitted documents. The fact we grow 5 crops all approximately the same percentage also proves it. The whole thing is ridiculous.

Well, my 2017 says no data found, thats encouraging, not, or does it just mean I haven't entered any ? Would have assumed there would be some data to check :scratchhead:

My 2017 data is all there, it's all completely wrong but there none the less !. I can even Create a 2017 claim and edit all my field data, but until my 2015 and 2016 claim is all sorted out as to if I'm getting payed or not what do I code everything as ?.
I can't use WO12- mixed woodland as all my trees are the same poplar.
I can't use SR01- short rotation coppice as the RPA have said it's not that even tho they said to use that code in the first place !.
I can't use RD-01- non agri BPS eligible which is what it actually is. But I can't use it as it wasn't claimed on in 2008 due to my late fathers death and everything being in the transfer to me phase IE I didn't get issued an SBI till July ish 2008 due the RPA dragging there feet.
The only other code is ND04- scattered trees but with 1100 to the ha and 13 ha worth there hardly very scattered !.

I just can't win what ever I do !.

And my friend is why I rang the helpline on or around the 29th April 2015 with 2 questions the second dependant on the answer to the first.

Question 1, am I eligible for bps. His answer after I explained everything to him was, Yes you are eligible !.
Question 2, what do I code everything as. His answer, you'll have to use SR-01 short rotation coppice.

Nearly 2 years later and 2-3k lighter I've completely No idea what is happening !.

I have followed the story of your claim.

You mention having advice from RPA and also using an agent. Given the information above and what I have gleaned from your posts I suspect your land was actually ineligible in 2015 - but again that is a personal view so do not hang any hats on it. But the point of my post is if I am correct you are going to look to claim for the cost of entitlement / fees incurred. So although you are chasing the RPA I suspect you should also issue a claim against your agent? I am loath to say that and as I get involved in several claims feel for both the agent and RPA staff back in May 2015 as your case was I suspect quite unusual. I too looked at a parcel with some Poplar planted around 2000 and decided not to claim on it.

I hear fully what your saying about my claim being ineligible from the outset, but this is why I rang the helpline to find out !. I'm not going to repeat on here what the woman (and I do know her name) who's dealing with my claim said about the helpline. But it's like I said to her, I didn't know if after reading all the books they sent if I was eligible or not, so I rang the helpline. After all is it not the RPA that are running this scheme and so I'm told administering it ?, who else should I call the fu£&@ng ghostbusters !.
