Got the same letter telling me nothing I did not already know ,I thought they were going to tells us a case worker so we could contact no such luck !!!
I even rang them to tell them since the no data joke they say I did not pass the three crop rule (I had 6) or the greening rule ( I had 14.5 ha not 9 ha ) they weren't interested in what I told them .

Email your MP. Sent mine an email at 1 pm, he'd replied by 3 and at 4 I had his secretary on the phone saying he'd raised it with RPA and would follow up. May not get the cash but at least it's giving the RPA some grief.

I got the same letter today as everyone else, but as of last Friday I know why my claims haven't been payed and have a point of contact at the RPA to sort it out once I have the evidence to send in that I need.

I have noticed the entitlements section is back on the site

We had a cheeky greening inspection on 16th May, I thought it was uneventful, letter today suggests that is the reason for no payment yet...
But will try before end March etc:rolleyes:.

just had a letter to say that I haven't yet been paid( no sh#t Sherlock), if I had been paid ignore the letter and the reason I haven't been paid is because I may have been subject to a inspection remote or other wise.
as above a total waste of a stamp and an envelope

We got that letter a day after the payment. The payment had 13% knocked off it . The standard letter would seemingly imply this because of an inspection , either on the ground or aerial. We have no knowledge of this mystery inspection, when it occurred or what the result was.

Sounds like bollox to me.

I now recall a bloke came round last May saying that the satellite couldn't see the field of beet I'd entered in the form. I said this was because it hadn't germinated yet. He asked me how he would know that there was beet drilled in the field. I told him he would find small shiny purple seed in the rows. So off he went to look for them. He came back and said he couldn't find any, so I said I'd find some for him and show him what they looked like. He said he'd believe me, took his hiking boots and bobble hat off, got back in his car and cleared off and we never heard anything more. What he wrote in his report is anybody's guess. Certainly we were never sent a copy but looks like it might have been used to reduce our payment. Difficult to prove anything now as all is ploughed over and in with next years crops.

This is all a new development to me and seems lacking in transparency and closed to scrutiny. Very shoddy and underhand as well.

I'll be writing to my MP.

Good on you. More people should be doing this to put pressure on them.

I am in NI so a different paying authority. In March 2016 I was told I was not being awarded any BPS entitlements as I was not an 'active farmer'. Only 20 sucklers and 300 sheep in my name!

I telephoned them and asked for the report of the panel that decided I was not active. The report arrived in the post the following day! Interestingly the report said they found I was actively farming the "majority" of the land I was claiming on. They also added that I was not active on the rest of the land as I was selling grass and not silage. Yeah, you could not make it up.

So to get back on point. Write to them and ask for a copy of the report on why you have had 13% deducted from your payment. Do not phone them (even though I did on this occasion - everything else I have done has been by post and I have receipts for posting.). Put it in writing and get a certificate of posting to prove that you wrote to them. You will need that proof to show your MP later when you complain to them again that the RPA is not answering your letters in accordance with their service standards.

Don't give in and let them away with it.

My appeal is still on going and I have had some success with them. Hopefully I will have a fully successful conclusion by the end of this month.

Phone call today telling me I'm ineligible, so I suppose that's it I've lost my money entitlements the lot !.

The money I've lost would of put all the concrete panels round my shed but none of that will happen now for a few years.

I don't know if it's a Yorkshire specific thing but I have spoken to a number of farmers over the last week and so far I have only found 1 that has received their payment and another who knew a farmer who had received their payment. All the rest including myself are still in the 10% club.
Where are the other 90%?

Yorkshire and South Norfolk. Quite a cluster around here not paid. We got the local MP on the case as NFU seem happy to believe the RPA and their own 'huge' telephone surveys of a hand full of claimants.

Had a bank manager meeting yesterday and about 50% of their farm clients had been paid , they were thinking more should show up really if 91% had been received.

I'm NW Leicestershire and I know 5 that haven't (including me) so the percentage is to pot here too!

Not in the club anymore, been told I'm ineligible for the second time.

Would of been nice to of been told my 2015 claim was ineligible before the deadline for submitting 2016 claim forms to of saved me some money.

This has just been a complete disaster from start to finish !.

It appears you have been treated very unfairly. I would write to your MP, you've not got anything to loose
