Why are people so scruffy

Location

Got a woman who walks her dog every day down our track/bridle way, she always has a can of Stella, when she gets back to her car she throws the empty can in the ditch/hedge. A fair pile of them now, I have asked her not to but still she persists, not uncommon to see 40 or so empty cans. I do pick them up from time to time but just seems typical of people today, they just dont give a sh!t.
Follow her home discreetly....then take a bag full of her empty cans with you and empty them all over her lawn when she’s out

Sadly there seem to be no porn mags these days

Which is ironic as the person who throws his bin bags full go grass clippings over my hedge is a 'Wayne Kerr'.

But the person who threw their L&B fag packets on my verge - every day for years - would appear to have coughed for the last time ?

Report her for drink driving, she would be sailing close to the wind in regards to the drink drive limit. Fast food outlets should bar code there packaging, ba##ards seem to have just eaten it as they past mine

If I caught her doing it, asked her to desist and she continued I'd follow her home with a dung spreader full!

Skip lorries a big problem around here. Rubbish flying off them all the time .
It's the dustbin men around here that are the worst. "Recycled plastic" all over the place on bin day, anyone else would be done for unsecured load.
Chester bypass is a disgrace. The rubbish along there hasn't come out of a car window, that must be skip lorries. A big problem is once someone sees the mess they think it is OK to add to it.

Bar coding packaging is a brilliant idea, no great cost, totally traceable, council could themn litter pick and recover full cost from fast food outlets, they have to put prices up to cover cost, miscreants then either stop littering or outlet closes.
Whats not to like.

Dog do in bags is another problem,if there was a competition in the Olympics the locals around here would be in the team, they can clear most hedges and hang them in trees like Christmas decorations

The laziness of people today just beggars belief. We have 2 self catering holiday units and it always amazes us at the stuff they just leave behind, because it's too much hassle to take it home. Very common for brand new shampoo, soap and toothpaste to be left, and it's always the expensive brand stuff. This morning one couple have left 1/2 litre of Smirnoff vodka, 3/4 litre lemonade 2 litre lilt , pack of cherry tomatoes, pack of grapes. One couple on a 2 night stay.
Clearly they all have too much disposable income.

And don't even think about asking them to separate their recyclable waste from their rubbish, the whole lot goes straight in the general waste bin, even though we make it as easy as possible

I dont wish to but I rarely catch her in the act, unless I sit and wait all day!! As mentioned by others I suspect she cant function without a drink, she is aged circa 65+ but I will be getting the reg of her car next time I see it parked and will have a word with plod.

Fly tippers should be fined 10% of their income and be well and truly name and shamed
I discussed fly tipping with several Judges, just as the 2005 Act came in. The conclusion then, from all (from which I would infer that there was some discussion of the matter among the Bench), was that the best way to stop fly tipping- it being separate from casual littering - was to have a mandatory confiscation of the vehicle used and the six points on the driver's licence - if he has one, that being for a first offence. Going on, a second or further offence should lead to a custodial or a significant fine as appropriate and a disqualification from driving for a couple of years.

Looking back to that and at the current situation, I think their ideas were sound.

In some ways, until you were old enough to realise why the pages were stuck together... :yuck: :ROFLMAO:

All packaging should be individually barcoded and when sold logged to who that item was sold to, linked to bank card details as I imagine cash is rarely used. Purchaser is responsible to ensure said packaging reaches landfill/recycling, if it gets picked up in a ditch somewhere, fine gets charged to them via HRMC, job done.
I want to like that, but can't. It's just too much like a 'big brother' state's idea. :(

But if they want to behave like badly behaved little children, then maybe Big Brother needs to give them a kick up the a*se!!

Pour cooking oil over her windscreen. No serious harm so no criminal damage, inconvenient though. If she asks say someone threw it into the hedge and it bounced back and sloshed on her car, unfortunelty she .

I once left a new unopened jar of nutella in a holiday rent. Still haven't got over it.
