Why are some dealers utter scumbags!

some years ago went to west wales to look at a renault 103 farmer said it was immaculat it was at 100 meters get closer and it was shot.so next day down to suffolk to manns to look at renault 556 they said it was good i thought it was tired on the way back called at our independent claas dealer and bought the claas 556 they had sourced with us in mind , over budget at the time, but worth it over time shes still here and son says its going nowhere we trust that dealer all the way .
