We live in a country of Free Speach , thats not a reason to be rude though is it , fair and factual , but if they cant take a bit if heat they should not be in the job in the first place
You are a member of the UK then you have a right to be critical of how it is run.

If your not a paid up member of an organisation then you have voted with your feet and not paid a sub.
A membership organisation looks after the wide ranging views of its members, just as a government and will go ,usually, with the majorities opinion.

Of course non member can suggest to representatives/members of an organisation what they need to do to encourage more members but at the end of the day they go with the majority.

But don't always expect to have your opinion acted upon.

Do you take any notice of mumsnet in relation to this forum?

After all they are consumers of our produce.

You will never please all of the people all of the time.....and if you try you will not get anything decided or done!

I am a member of TFA, I know they represent tenants, I have no wish or want to be involved with them. But I pay my sub and utilise their services.
Plenty of people do exactly the same thing with many other organisations, even TFF has only a small number of members actually post content, the rest just login and read.
They may even go on mumsnet and criticise TFF, perhaps you should check?
