Looking to try some min till cultivation after discing some land, been looking at some cultivators at the cheaper end of the scale. Which of the above cultivators is best? (y)

Both good but different. Wilrich springs are hard to get and expensive but kongskilde ones are not cheap either. I would say the wil-rich is easier to bung. With winged feet a wilrich moves 100% of the ground. Only sold my vibroflex as not wide enough. Use wilrich in the exact same circumstances as you describe.

Have had a willrich for a long time and think it is a good tool, can leave it a bit loose behind.
We made a following harrow to level out the ridges it creates, but cheap tool to run.
Agree with post above, finding springs now almost impossible, as they do break now and again, would be interested if any one knows where you can get some.

Having run both on separate occasions and now 2 kongskildes a 4m folding mounted and a 4m folding trailed think that says it all. the 4 rows of tines over 3 rows with more room between the tines for better clearance. Parts all still current and everything can be fixed with a 19 or 24mm spanner never had a welder on either of ours. We don't run std points but run 60mm tungsten points but all sorts of points from A shares to twisted to straight to the heart shaped std ones all fit. Wouldn't be without ours

Hope that helps

My last lot came from Pan Anglia. Mine has a level harrow on the back.

Thanks for replys(y), confirms what i thought really. Thanks @Flat 10 for the info about Wil-rich springs did wonder if they were available. Wouldn't mind a Vibroflex but wider ones cost ££££s

tjis is the type of point we use on a pig tail 13 tines across 3 meter seems to move most of the ground

I fitted that type on one of our pigtail drag, it cost us a fortune in new tines! Fine on light stuff but no good on heavy. We have a 4.5m Cousins with closer spaced and narrow points which does a better job. Depth wheels on the front help a lot as well. I'd love a trailed 5 row pigtail, with narrow spacing and narrow points but plenty of clearance for trash.

First picture posted . hope it's alright.

Have started using our willrich on rape stubbles, doing a good job .
Have just spoken to Pan Anglia, no springs available, they have looked at making some up but its too expensive.
i think there for will be looking for some
or i'll have to buy one for spares, if one comes up.

I'm a bit late to this thread sorry.

Just wondering if you could give me some more info on the Vibroflex please? Is it a good piece of kit? Would it be ok into stubble at 2-4" please? Thanks.
