wildlife offer help

My turn to ask for advice. Cos i'm confusing myself and the guidance doesn't seem that great. Filling in the online application. Declared all land parcels I want included in the application. So for rotational options want say 10ha AB6 rotated around the farm. So why does it give me fields to fill this in on? Because I would only specify location in my annual claim. I don't see why this section has land parcels in at all? I don't even know which fields I might want to fallow in autumn 2022 but I know I want 10ha IFUSWIM? Obviously I can fill in the land parcels for buffers etc but I just don't understand why the land parcels are included in this section. Any help gratefully received.
It says in the manual that you must put in parcels that u might want included in any rotational options at any.point in the five years.

On Annexe 1 you are asked to include all parcels that u will have a rotational option on at any point of the 5 years.
What do you do on annexe 2? Just put the parcel you will put into rotational option first year?

The fields you put into each option in the first year will determine the amount of that option you maintain on your farm for the whole 5 years. So if you have , for example ,12 ha of AB8 on fields X and y, you have to maintain 12 ha either on those two fields or rotate this option on to other land you have included in your application but has to be at least 12 ha minimum .

Yes but how do you put in areas that it asks for?

I am doing a couple of applications now - so you are not the last to make a start with homework! The rotational options I understand have to be entered against a land parcel evn though in the first year they may be in a different parcel as the spreadsheet system used in the application process has no other way of allowing an applicant to record rotational options. Well I hope that is it. Anyway I had better keep going Found out a few minutes ago a land parcel is missing and a building is incorrectly coded for the HS1 option. So an unplanned RLE1 form and a explanatory email to support the adding on a field - hope the RPA staff member processing the application is kindly!

Thanks that is what I was hoping. So for example I have 12 fields. Selected 10 fields for the scheme, all of which I want to rotate my options onto. Then when choosing options list where I hope it’s going autumn 2022 say to total of 10ha on 2 fields and on yearly claim I can choose where this 10ha actually goes, not stuck permanently on those 2 fields? Just to be clear. Thanks for all your help

This is what I hoped. If I put 13ha down in future I will still only get paid for 12 presumably?

Re reading all this apologies for my lack of clarity previously, i'm not good with words.
Final question, is it implicit that you can rotate any rotational options onto any of the eligible fields in the agreement?
I'm sure in an old agreement I had to list possible locations. Is this not now the case?

implicit. You are correct in that three or so years ago had to list all fields where might rotate an option - and was a real chore on the application. The new online application all uploaded parcels are eligible assuming meet any required criteria. That is my understanding.

You have already made a list of fields to be included on your agreement, that may be your whole farm , or you may have left some fields out, for what ever reason. Now you can rotate any of those options around those fields you have included, but always keeping at least the same amount of each option ie total hectares as you had in year one.

By putting forward any possible parcels that may have a rotational option over the five years. Will that impact any future applications for rotational options on these parcels.
I.e I put down "Road field" as a possible somewhen in the 5 years, but in 3 yrs time I might decide that it wont have any 2022 rotational options at all, but I might want to put 2024 options in when I apply. 🤯🤯

For some reason my arable wildlife offer doesn't have an evidence checklist? Presuming I need to scan or post (probably too late for that) the maps?
