Anyone deal with this dealership, are they trustworthy? (Never heard of them but then again Im in Devon!)

Looking at a ex demo machine from them and too far to go look and check item. Pictures look good but email responses not ideal.

Only ever bought a ride on mower from them myself but they been around for a long time and get a lot of repeat sales locally so doubt you will have a problem.

Bought two second hand machines from Scrutons in the past. Spot on each time. Pretty confident you won't have any problems.

There was a slight warranty job on first machine we bought. They were straight out to put it right, couldn't have been more helpful.

In fact, bought a second hand telehandler off them 20 years ago, it was just over £8,000. Bought it with a set of pallet tines on machine. We asked if he had a muck fork and grain bucket available. "Yes, I'll find you something, and throw them in with the deal". Turned up to ours with teleporter on wagon, also brand new muck fork and 1.5t grain bucket.

Wearing a Schoffel that probably cost more than the entire contents of my wardrobe. Maybe when BPS ends, machinery salesmen will have to buy clothes from charity shops and Matalan like I do.

Maybe that will focus their minds on calling back customers and answering emails.

That's exactly why I dealt with him cause he was wearing a expensive schoffel so thought he must be a good salesman that answers phone to make loads of commission

About 50 % of farms deal with them around here. If there is a new JCB forklift it will have come from them, very reputable.

Never actually bought anything from them but Charles is good to deal with. Very nearly did a deal on a JCB this year.
