Of course we can’t accept China doing sh!t nowadays. But do you really think China will take a blind bit of notice of either Britain, America or the EU, demanding compensation. Many of the wars and troubles in the world today, are a direct or indirect hangover from previous century’s imperialism. That includes imperialism of several of today’s EU countries. The rising new global powers led by China, aren’t going to be lectured to, by old waning powers, and certainly won’t be paying fines any day soon. In any case, it’s hard to know what the fudge happened with this virus. Was it wet market made, or was it laboratory made? Who would I believe in any event? The Chinese... CIA ..... Trump.... MI5 .... Boris... Merkel .... Macron ....Putin ??? Might as well toss a coin. Realistically, all that will now happen, is to hope a vaccine is developed quickly, and somehow economic recovery takes hold again. There will certainly be a huge rethink by the west over its economic relationship with China, and much will change I guess. Don't be surprised though, if the west US, EU, UK and others come out much worse out of the economic fallout than China??? Seems to me that this kind of event, and it’s economic aftermath, isn’t one which can be sorted by military power and technology. China’s one party system backed up by iron rule of the people, gives them all the aces in controlling the virus within its borders. They will be able to manage second and third waves. Here in the west, unless we come up with a vaccine pretty quickly, ......... it’s potential Armageddon .......
