Been and bent a couple of times on our strimech grab moving trees 
. Will they straighten with heat or have to cut them out?

They will straighten but they won’t be hard anymore.

If the grab could handle it ,i would rather straighten cold.
Are they end ones ,
when had a muck fork base made ,had the end two tines close together ,and then then filled in with a lenth of plate ,thus ,making a double tine on end ,makes it very strong , and sh!t still slides off ok ,if you ever get under a bit of concrete,or a wonky log

No its 2 middle ones. They are bent down slightly and sideways, I put a 10ft bit of box on them last night and tried to leaver them but wouldn’t shift. I will put a block on the floor and try and get them at least vertically straight.
