It never really was. Did anyone ever get fined through a court in England or Wales? I doubt it unless they were very stupid as the government's own guidelines gave anyone an out.

BBC have only, reluctantly, reported the drop in numbers testing positive. Looking a bit like penises now with their constant "wear a mask, take the knee, look what these transexuals are doing today" mantra.
But also BBC never reporting how UK figures relate to European and global figures. Currently, 4th worst per 100,000. Perspective is everything.

Shopping in the local Co Op this morning, staff said almost without exception the only ones going in store unmasked were 20 something males - machismo!
If someone knocked out masks with Nike/ Adidas etc on them, maybe would encourage them :)

Well I am not 20 but am male (I think) And even if the mask was signed by Tiger Woods himself it would be left to fester in my truck. Lot still wearing them - but now looking a bit odd, as if there is something they are trying to hide. Have yet to tackle Sainsburys - may go tonight to see the reception.

From what I've witnessed in the last week, the majority seem to be wearing face masks still in shops and on public transport.
The vaccination bus at the Driffield show seemed to be busy last week when I was there.
