Winter Barley advice for novice

As everyone has said on here, the key is to keep it standing up.
You will need advice from a proper local Agronomist, but t I would be applying 140 units of N as soon as it dries up. I would probably do it in two passes, with some sulphur in the first pass.
I would then apply a good growth reg with the first funigicide with the view to apply another if needed later.
Modern thinking is to have winter barley N on early, not in splits like wheat.
However, the TFF community will all fire our collective, conflicting wisdom in and at the end the crop will still yield 2.5-2.75 tonnes per acre!!

Looks excellent go easy on the N as you have plenty fertility heavy on the PGR and forget all the crap about a little mildew not harmful. Once you see it damage is done. Think about a kid with measles. Moping and greeting for days before spots come out. That's the way to get 5t/ac plus.
