There is a statement on their web page to contact after the 15th if nothing has gone through. Just waiting to check my bank statements. (I am still on paper ones!). If they'd tried to contact me by phone, they probably won't get me as I am deaf and hardly use it.

Exactly the same happened with Mum and Dad as stated, they wrote to them to say about PO Card accounts told was closed by PO ,gave Bank details and has been paid in ok apparently.

My friend had same problem when he turned 80 and payment was upped.
The account turned out to be an old Halifax account which was changed when the BOS takeover happened. Check out some old account details.

Finally got paid. No letters, just an entry on my (correct) bank account.

Seems to be the way of things these days. They don't answer as that's the quickest way to dispose of problems!

I was notified about the payment but have never checked my bank accounts to see if I ever received it,thanks for reminding me
