Mascani hopefully going in soon, probably direct drill with CO4 with Dutch openers. How much higher seed rate over winter sowing? Usually around 125kgha, thinking 150/160, haven't measured TGW.

I would measure your TGW.. can make a huge difference!

Use no more than you would in the autumn. It will sit and tiller the same and if you increase seed rate it will be too thick, grow too tall and be poor bushel weight. I plant 40/50kg/ac in autumn and same in spring.
