This mower has haen sitting in the shed for a year and I figured I'd give it a go.
I thought that only a seal was gone on a gearbox.

When I removed the gearbox I sumbled into this.

No biggie, the gearbox however shat the bed.

Two roller bearings dickered and some minor damage on the gears.
Idea is to mount some sort of belt behind it to mow out the corners which would make raking a bit easier. We'll let her sit on the healing bench for now, looking into getting another gearbox for cheap.

Few on the go here,

Pair of mowers in need of overhaul/ paint.
Seeder lights + modifications
Mf 362 in need of total restoration
Silage trailer repairs,
Combine + spfh winter service
Lowloader refurb, and add hiab

Create hard standing for machinery,
Concrete machine shed floor,
Approx 1000m fencing
Total of 10ac drain repairs/ replacement

And that'll likely only be the top of the iceberg, which winter it'll all be done I don't know.... I'll add photos if I remember.

i will get of pic of bucket im converting its not dissimilar to that as its an old clay bucket or something, mine wont be to that std though :scratchhead:

I started out looking for an old bucket to convert but the money they wanted for a bucket that would be better on the scrap pile was crazy so I just thought it would be better to start from scratch. I don't do any digging with it, anything that goes through it is loosened with the digging bucket first

It will do your job then, I done about 200 to 300 12ton dump trailer loads and wouldn't have done it with an ordinary bucket, I had the end of one for a day before I made that

Loads on the go at the moment. Two sheds to put up and a barn conversion to do. In between fixing up a load of stuff and replacing a lot of lights.
Current job is this

Pto wouldn't stay in gear. Turns out the gear doesn't have any teeth left:facepalm:
