Wiring loom manufacturer

Could someone recommend me a wiring loom manufacturer. I been trying to find an engine and forward loom for a matbro tr200 powershift s/n 221474, but nowhere has one. All they have are ones for a non powershift. So before we think about breaking it, I would like to try to get some made. I can get the wiring diagrams. I just need to find somewhere that can quote to make it. Thanks

You can buy all the connectors from RS components to repair your own. Done it a few times on matbros, just cut each wire out one at a time back to a good section and solder in a new bit, heat shrink over top. Very time consuming but do able.

Have you actually asked terex if they would supply one? there maybe a fair lead time but I think they would?

Completely melted. When we went to use one morning a couple of weeks ago, father said it wouldn't start so I had a look and found that the starter had been cranking over till the battery had died, it was a month old 1000cc battery, so a while. The whole of the batteries power had gone through the loom.

open the loom up and chop melted bits out one at a time and solder new in, not difficult just takes forever to do a proper job.

When you say forward loom you must mean main chassis loom? I consider the forward loom to be the bit on the front half of the chassis but that will only be doing the spool block and the front lights so shouldn't be damaged if starter was the cause.
Its common for the joystick micro switch in the centre of the stick to power the lift and tilt solenoids permanently which can cause the solenoids to catch fire and would explain damage to a front chassis loom

Manufacturers are generally legally obligated to
Provide spare parts for ten years after last date of production .
Might be ten years or more since May Ebro became Terex and Terex recently been bought out also but worth an ask.

For the non power shift the engine loom was £167 and the chassis loom was £286. If we could do it for £1000 I would be happy because that doesn't go very far against a replacement

Yeah but them prices are almost certainly old terex stock from I can guess who. actual terex RRP prices would be a lot different.

I have opened the engine loom and its not that bad. its only around the group of power cables from the starter and the plug to the chassis loom. the chassis loom I haven't opened because there's about 5 places its melted the outer cover off and over half the wires are basically bare
