Currently there is no likely hood we will leave the Eu
Gm osr is imported from Australia and Canada

If the Eu bans our wheat we will just export it against the french
If we are a couple of £ cheaper we will export they will not

Or, as you say, legally dispose....my point being is perfectly legal to declare that you are buying more.
People can infer what they like from that
You asked about buying 2 years worth, not about just buying a bit more. The RPA can infer what they like if they read any responses to your post and decide to do an inspection if they can identify the farm involved just for the fun of it. Hardly a good idea to shout such a plan from the rooftops.

And the rpa come out and find what exactly??
Well if you have CTL in stock after 20 May 2020 you will be breaking the law which would result in loss of between 5% & 100% of BPS and require evidence of traceable disposable of said CTL. If they want to, they can go through your purchase records and usage records and see if they add up, if not that’s a loss of BPS. Time is not important to them if they get the bit between their teeth they can go through your whole farm with a fine tooth comb at their leisure. Is it really worth a throw away comment on an Internet forum?

Well i never said anything about keeping it in stock beyond the use up date!
Initially worded the question to avoid all that. Reality is loads of people will be buying "extra" this year and no one will be prosecuted or fined.

Let me remind you what you asked.....
Anyone going to buy two years requirements this autumn?

This autumn there will be 6 months to use any on farm CTL legally. Anyone publicly admitting they intend to buy 2 years worth of CTL this autumn is an idiot in my opinion.
Are you intending to buy 2 years worth of CTL @essex man ? Why not buy 3 years worth of CTL? Don’t be shy. If you’re confident why not put your postcode and farm name up as well.

You would have to be really stupid to stockpile an effective cost efficient fungicide when you can use some snake oil instead .
I'm going for the dear stuff after the termination date . (y)
Good man. (y) Very sensible. I can’t think of any good reason to state that you intend to take any other approach on a public Internet forum.
