Situation Vacant Woldmarsh Producers - Machinery / Farm Services Trading Assistant Required

Farm Services General Trading Assistant: Full Time position Due to increased business levels this is a great opportunity for the right person to join and progress within Woldmarsh Producers within the Machinery / General Farm Services team based in Louth. The role involves dealing with incoming calls and queries from members and suppliers, as well as taking and progressing orders and supporting your team colleagues. It is a friendly busy fast-moving environment in which providing a first-class service is paramount. The successful applicant must have the following key attributes to succeed in this role: Good telephone manner, friendly disposition, articulate communication skills, creative, able to use initiative, good ‘team player’, pro-active, a real problem solver with a positive ‘can do’ attitude’. Skills needed are; good confident phone manner, IT literacy/social media skills, attention to detail and accuracy, managing data, excellent administration and organisational skills, good communicator, able to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines. A background in farming, agriculture or supplier chains would be an advantage but not essential as full on the job training will be given including opportunities to advance and progress within a growing and diverse business. Hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm and will be, primarily based at our office in Louth.
