Ebay is your best bet but list it as a shepherds hut base to treble it's value.
Sadly undervalued for what went into it and best money would probably be got by selling the wheels as ornaments.

Try and find a local wheelwright they normally pay good money for such vehicles which they can renovate rather than have to start from scratch.
