Wooden work cabin/shed

Hi
We have a set of buildings and grazing about 5 miles away from our main base
We use it to Winter 180 cattle or 7-800 ewes there depending on logistics
We are looking at having a work experience student and this has made us think about staff ‘needs’ as such, rather than a portacabin we would like to build a multi-room wooden shed, so that we can have a cuppa in the warm, do office work if needed etc, and have a medic room, at the moment as a family we all jump in the pickup for dinner etc but with staff we would want to be able to be a bit more flexible and spacious,
do We need planning for this? Likely to be 4metres by 5metres in size

Would probably fall under Part 6 of the GPDO so would just require Prior Approval just like any other agricultural building.
