The land extends to 39.16 acres (15.85 hectares) in all and comprises approximately 22 acres of mature Japanese Larch, ready to harvest, with 14 acres of Oak and 3 acres of Nothofagus (Southern Beech). It lies in a gently sloping valley on the banks of the River Carey and there is a network of rides enabling access through the woodland.
