Found by taking the cover off and twiddling a thingy below the whatsit, it all worked OK. So far...
Lots of docs there, so have a look and then panic!

Nooooooo, don't twiddle, makes it a right nightmare when you call an engineer in afterwards, and costs you more sorting out the mess thats normally created

Yes then nothing just the blue light flashes.

The baffle plates can be a barsteward for furring up with sulphur from the flue gasses.
Has it been serviced in the last few years???

Afraid I'm no use, no tools since the break in on Thursday, spent most of yesterday and today trying to get some stuff to get me back on the road

On my boiler the flame out sencor is in the middle just to the right of the blue and brown power cables

Thinking about it, leave it broken, and tell your OH you can't get parts until October.
1- you'll save a fortune on Kero
2- your OH will have to cuddle in on a cold night

Be cheaper to fix it than get divorced though
