Work/job management app

Wondering if there is an App or some sort of messaging group, that all farm staff can be linked together for jobs to do, but then anyone in the group can either delete or mark the job as done to everyone in the group

I think slack would allow you to do most of that as well.

I'm wanting to set up a group so staff can list small jobs that aren't to important that they see when doing other jobs, so when they have half an hour spare they can look at the list of jobs(choose the easiest one) and do it then either delete it off every ones list or mark it as done.
It needs to be so that who ever does the job can delete from the entire groups list or alternatively when they write done it has go to every ones phone as done. If you know how to make the alteration show to the entire group that would be great.
