We are looking for a working, poultry supervisor. You will be responsible for helping to look after 56,000 hens while reporting back to the managing partner on a daily basis. You will be responsible for a shed of your own and also the maintenance of standards, equipment and hygiene across the hen enterprise. You will assist our current poultry staff with welfare and maintenance tasks. You will be supervising the ordering of feed, supplies and vet products. There is also a certain amount of estate work to be completed, to support our arable contractors. You should have knowledge of livestock, and poultry knowledge is preferable. Experience of working on a farm is also preferable. This role is full time with some weekend work. There is a competitive package for the right candidate, dependent on experience.
