Workshop concrete spec

Sorry, probably been asked a million times before...

Got some holes to screed over (were elevator and reception pits) to make workshop unit. Will get ready mix, but any pointers on spec much appreciated.

The remainder of the floor that I'm bringing level to is smooth and been down 40+ yrs.
