Looking to move our existing workshop to another building which is approximately 120 x 32 mono pitch. What would be a good layout ? Floor will be power floated

Think about an enclosed but ventilated area if you are planning to be welding, grinding, painting etc.

Light spares and any office archives can be put on a simple second floor arrangement.

A small shipping container within the workshop can provide extra security for tools etc.

imo lights its better to go with twice as many say 50W led than it is to go with 100w, same amount of light but less shadowing with more light sources.
don't do like we have in 1 shed, nice set of central lights, pull a tall lorry in and then work in the shadows!!!
