If you mean natural resources, they don't have anything like the amount that many imagine, not domestically. They have made huge purchases and leases overseas, notably in Africa - courtesy of traitorous politicians there.

But, if the world turns against them they'll just be a paper tiger, because no dictatorship will ever start a war it can't win, because that would mean its end, and the CCP know this to be true.
