UK Wormer & insecticide alternatives to ivermectin and deltamethrin?!

We're not certified organic, but reading how damaging ivermectin is for those all important soil bugs, and how much resistance there is anyway, is making me want to find an alternative. So what are my other options for Tick treatment (we're in a red water area, high tick burdens), and for Fluke (also a wet fluke area...!) For cattle and sheep. Diolch
