I think your wormer choice will be limited between saving soil life etc and the issues surrounding worm type, resistance, type of sheep etc etc

@bovine may be able to find you papers from Veterinary Parasitology, I am sure he will correct me if I am wrong, but I think the Avermectin group are neurotoxins (not sure) their adverse effect on Beetles is well known, however I dont think it applies to earth worms, they also last a long time in the soil, the manure from livestock treated with this group does not break down, does not attract the beneficial flies etc

I would also imagine the Soil Association would be a good source of info.

You should have wormed before putting them out, then not worry with ewes. Maybe not have worried at all.

they have been wormed and dagged as let out, worried about my slug hunter beetles now though

At most a drench on arrival would suffice. Clean ground, no further drench required. Unless they looked like skeletons I doubt I'd have worried too much given ridiculously low stocking rates on clean ground.

For a start (one beetle much like another).

Your best hope is that there are lots of beetle eggs in the soil ready for next spring and that the wormer will have been washed away/deactivated by then but I don't know if this is what happens tbh.
