I vote Fedex every time , sent a parcel with insurance to an Ebay buyer came to about £45 he paid. So I had to refund him when delivered as it had obviously been. Dropped from, a great hieght.
Never got a penny out of Fedex robbing barstewards

DHL, because the old bugger can’t be arsed to drive to the end of his route with ‘next day’/ express packages, so only delivers 2 or 3 days a week, lots of Thursday/ Friday parts deliveries landing on a Monday 🤬

DPD, Parcelforce and the local bloke that subs for Hermes are all really good. Can’t remember the last time FedEx dropped a parcel.

Hermes. They don't even bother trying to come to the farm, they just say road is inaccessible.

It's that bad, the sister in law ordered something from Next and it took 6 weeks. Next kicked up a whure of a stink on her behalf and the head of Hermes for this area to delivered the parcel themselves

I think a great deal of it all, good and bad, depends almost entirely on the individual at each end of the parcels journey.

Hermes drivers are all self employed. They get paid per parcel delivered... but Hermes pay so badly it isn't worth the drivers doing out of town or difficult deliveries.

Hence the countless stories around the country of Hermes drivers dumping parcels or just chucking them into gardens etc
