Had anyone got one or tried one?
Thinking it is the tool I want but wish to know if anyone has tried one or pros and cons or thoughts?

Many thanks.

Yes Chester we got one at the end of the autumn. Really pleased with it as wanted something like it for a long time. It's more aggressive than a straw rake so will be more useful to us in a number of ways. Planning on putting a seeder on top for cover and fodder crops.
We had to go second hand and Geoffrey Wox had this one available. Really helpful. As are the guy's at Samagri who would supply a Kockerling. Bullock Tillage also have a version.

Spoke to Wox agri. Seems a good machine but it is quite expensive. Will have a look at the other makes mentioned. Would like to demo one or see one working.

I'm interested in one of these guttler supermaxx cultivaters. I would want it to work directly into OSR stubble at about 60mm depth as well cereal stumbles. The question is will it work without bunging up in the rape stubble? I know you can lift the rake tines out of the way but will the rape stubble pass through the spring tines easily enough? User experience would be appreciated, Thanks

Guttler rollers v good at what they do i wont knock them.
I looked at this same cultivator but have found agrilinc's proforge maxtilla will just about do a similar job for a lot less £££
its using ni on the same type of tine as on the Guttler both have a helper tine added into the spring tine for extra support.
i'll pass on my verdicts of the proforge one soon.

I was hoping you would say that Devon James!. If you could find out how to upload the video it would be very much appreciated as could do to purchase something before end of April and won't be able to see one working in OSR stubble. Am I right in thinking you run a Claydon Hybrid drill?
Does your supermaxx have the smaller 33cm guttler on rather than the preferred 45cm guttler as you said you bought a second hand one.
The other machines in consideration are a Einboch Taifun which is similar to the guttler, Terrastar or Carrier, Decisions decisions!!

Thankfully ive no need to work stubbles 1 to 3" deep & wouldnt dream of running anything spring tine related thru one neither
ive a much better way way heavier horsch terrano for them jobs.

Look at the kockerling allrounder classic much heavier built machine
and a range of different rear rollers and harrows .
It’s the machine all the others copied.
We use one straight into chopped straw on heavy clay and stones at harvest at 50mm depth.
And also later in the autumn with no roller to work 100mm deep and
Leave ridged over winter

It will do exactly that. It's not unblockable but has been a very good tool for us.
If I knew how to upload a video I could show you the machine working osr stubble
I have been looking at the supermaxx for a while. I want something that will act as a rake to deal with residue, also go deeper to relieve compaction in clay, help level fields, and sow covers. Not too much to ask!

How are you getting on with the seeder? Do the cover crops come well? Roll after?
What speeds do you do with the raking/deeper cults?
