It was like last week, I had a crate of granite setts delivered on a lorry with tail lift. I went to get the loader to off load and the driver said he would get them to the ground on the tail lift for me to move. Ok I thought. Coming back I could see him being the crate to the tail lift. I was thinking he is going to stop but no right off the back, setts everywhere. All he said is I could not stop the trucks. Phone was dead so no photoas with most accidents its a operator error at the root of it
driver went somewhere to be train to use the hiab ,,, then ignored what he was told ,, bet his employer real please they payed that money out !!!! ,,,, a good operator would have felt that and got lorry back on its wheels

Helps sell more forklifts.Same as new forklifts, lock out so you can’t mitigate problem, bloody dangerous in my book,
Just proves all the courses and certifications, mean Diddly squat.
Taking swamp logging to a new level...
The road looked smooth enough to me before the tractor hit it! Too fast and too much snaking? That would explain the angle of the truck.
