12 round is my limit. That feels heavy enough without being silly. Can’t imagine what 17 would be like - are there no hills around your way?

She goes about 3500kg ish, mostly it was a short haul 3 miles from one farm to another. I did pull 14 from the farm to mine, it has rained lightly and the wheels started spinning and hopping. Had to low box it and drag it up the hill. That was a little scary.

Yup, a bit dodgy to use low box on the A roads though - even if they are dual carriageway. I reckoned the 12 was well over 3500, if I'm being honest about it.

Not on a main road. Back lane out the back of the village to avoid the high street.

The bales we had were going about 150 each. Triple axle trailer handled it no bother. Tyres were the issue and light rain which made the road slippery as hell.

Heard on the grapevine that it happened not far from me and that no one was seriously hurt. A miracle if that is indeed the case.
